Before you call
What helps us quote faster
- Roughly how big is it? A dinner plate, a pizza box, a doorway — any comparison works.
- Wall or ceiling? Ceilings take longer and cost more, especially textured ones.
- What's the texture? Smooth, orange peel, knockdown, popcorn, or "I have no idea" — that last one is a fine answer.
- Was there water? If so, has the leak been fixed? We repair damage; we don't fix plumbing or roofs, and new drywall over an active leak fails the same way the old drywall did.
- How many spots? Five small holes in one room is very different pricing than five holes across a house.
